A message to my friends,

updated September, 2004.

I wrote this after September 11, 2001. As I reread it today, I have decided not to remove it from my web site. To me it is even more true today, than it was after 9/11.

Love, in every and any form we can give it to our friends, the world we live in and ourselves is a necessary contribution to this planet. And, one we can all make.

Use Love Now

Now is the time when your love, strength, courage and holding power is a necessity. It is a time to produce more love. To love those around you, your friends, associates, acquaintances and yes, even your enemies. And, even those who have perpetrated this horror we are watching, for they will have to account for their actions to a much higher power and I for one would not want to have this to account for.

It is a time that calls for love, compassion, strength, and a renewed acknowledgement of the principles for which this country stands -- FREEDOM, GROWTH OF THE SPIRIT, INDIVIDUALITY, PROSPERITY, A MIXING BOWL WHERE MORE ARE ALLOWED TO PROSPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE ON THIS EARTH. It is a call for the unique expression of your character, and your heart. And much, much more.

Look, be aware at the deepest level of your hearts about this attack that I feel is designed to get us to give up our freedom and individuality -- to turn from the spirit by indulging in those feelings that close the heart. We can easily shut our hearts in despair, disappointment, anger, hate and none of these will contribute to the situation.

In whatever form is yours, take time to connect with your spiritual source, connect with the love that source can bring through you. It is this love that will give encouragement, courage, and the ability to face this terrible tragedy to those around you. I have included a Lifewish as one form of focus -- each of you may have your own focus of spirit and love. Whatever that is, I urge you to focus in that direction. Keep your Heart Open. Keep your connection strong.

My Lifewish for the Moment. I urge each of you to use this or some other focus to contribute to this difficult time in our country.

This is a time to hold and love. I expand my heart and greater and greater love flows through me to those around me -- bringing compassion, strength, courage, comfort and upliftment to all that I see and come in contact with. I honor my connection with the spirit and it is solid and strong. The love that comes through that connection is powerful. I use this power to bring whatever is required to those around me.
